I laughed when I heard about the FBI raid.
Just for context - I worked for Alliance Health in 2015 - before this all went down. I was one of their software engineers at the time - and I can attest to the corruption and disregard for both customers and employees.
With our jobs hanging over our heads, we were coerced into doing some things that were definitely illegal. Storing customer information we weren't supposed to store, including CC and SS numbers without encrypting them (because encrypting the system would take "too long").
Jeff was on another level. I've never seen anybody do so many grotesque and distastefully immoral things; including the firing of our CTO because she called him out for taking the hottest girl from the call center (who had zero education or experience) and over-night giving her a six figure position as his personal secretary. Ya, that's why she got fired.
And that's just what I have time to tell you about - I could write a book on the illegal and immoral crap this dude pulled.
